What Is An Action Warranty?

Experience has taught us the most important element in any relationship is communication. The sheer volume of paperwork completed during a real estate transaction creates a potential for miscommunication between the Client and their agent.

To insure against this happening, Advocates Realty insists that all services agreed to, by Client and licensee, be in writing. Consequently, all parties to the transaction understand their responsibilities.

The Excusive Right To Sell Listing agreement and the Buyer's Representation Agreement are employment contracts. These contracts set forth the services to be provided to sellers and buyers in clearly defined language.

The Action Warranty is a Commitment of Services. The benefit to the Client is, that if we fail perform according to our 'Commitment', they are released from their obligation.
